给 and 为
给 (gěi) 'to, for' and 为 (wèi) 'for' respectively indicate the recipient and the beneficiary of the action expresed by the verb following it.
Examples:
我给你发电子邮件。 给 specifies the recipient of the action
他为我定做了计划。 为 specifies the beneficiary of the action
