Mr Zhang, who has booked a room, arrives at the hotel and goes to the reception desk to check in.

Receptionist:Hello.
顾客:你好。
Gùkè:Nǐ hǎo.
Guest:Hello.
接待人员:请问您有预定吗?
Jiēdài rényuán:Qǐngwèn nín yǒu yùdìng ma?
Receptionist:May I ask if you have made a booking?
顾客:有, 我在网上预定的。
Gùkè:Yǒu, wǒ zài wǎn shǎng yùdìng de.
Guest:I have, I booked online.

Receptionist:What is your name, Sir.

Jiēdài rényuán:Zhāng xiānsheng, nín yùdìng le yī ge shuāngrén jiān, shì sān tiān ma?
Receptionist:Mr Zhang, you booked a double room for three days?
顾客:对,是三天。
Gùkè:Duì, shì sān tian.
Guest:Yes, for three days.
接待人员:张先生, 能不能看一下您的身份证?
Jiēdài rényuán:Zhāng xiānsheng, néng bù néng kàn yīxià nín de shēnfènzhèng?
Receptionist:Mr Zhang, may I take a look at your ID card.
顾客:这是我的身份证。
Gùkè:Zhè shì wǒ de shēnfènzhèng.
Guest:This is my ID card.
接待人员:谢谢。这是您的房卡,305房间, 在三层。电梯在左边。
Jiēdài rényuán:Xièxie. Zhè shì nín de fángkǎ, 305 fángjiān, zài sān céng. Diàntī zài zuòbian.
Receptionist:Thank you. This is the keycard for your room, room 305 on the third floor. The lift is on the left.
顾客:谢谢。
Gùkè:Xièxie.
Guest:Thank you.
接待人员:不客气。
Jiēdài rényuán:Bù kěqì.
