从 ... 到

You can use (cóng) and (dào) to state the starting and end point when refering to location or time.

For example:

Location: 伦敦北京去。
Wǒ cóng Lúndūn dào Běijīng qù.
I am travelling from London to Beijing.

Time: 早饭七点半十点。
Zǎofàn cóng qī diǎn bàn dào shí diǎn。
Breakfast is from seven thirty until 10 o'clock.

(dào) can also be used as a verb to mean to arrive.
我昨天了北京。
Wǒ zuótiān dào le Běijīng.
I arrived in Beijing yesterday.
