Talking about time
To ask if somebody is busy you can say: 你有事儿吗? (Nǐ yǒu shìr ma?).
The answer maybe 有 (有事儿) (yǒu shìr) 'I am busy' or 有空 (yǒu kòng) 'I have time'.
To ask when something is going to happen (point in time), you can use 什么时候 (shénme shíhou) 'at what time'.
The event where something is happing often ends with the character 会 (huì) indicating a meeting of some sorts:
