- Peer Evaluation Form
- Example One: This rubric employs a 1-3 scale for rating
peers on five criteria: quality, responsibility, teamwork,
contribution, and attitude. Rather than use this form exactly as
it is, you may want to engage your own students in a discussion prior
to a team activity wherein you let them decide what criteria to use for
peer evaluation. Click here to see the pdf
document.
- Example
Two: This rubric uses a 0-4 scale for rating team members on three
criteria: Cooperation, Contribution, and Participation. Rather than use this form exactly as it is, you may want to engage your
own students in a discussion prior to a team activity wherein you let
them decide what criteria to use for peer evaluation. Click here to see the rubric in pdf.
